"Artist" starves a dog to death - art??

Maybe you have heard of this....I have just found out from a friend.........
An "artist" from Costa Rica - Guillermo Habacuc Vargas - as an installation piece took a dog from the street and caused it to suffer and starve to death in a gallery in the name of Art.
He won first prize at the Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2007 and has been invited to enter a similar 'installation' in the Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008 in November.

to stop this so called artist from entering the Bienal to repeat his sick act.

I certainly did.....at an open air festival here in the UK and whats more, John Mayall, his wife and young son were sitting on the grass beside me........June I go to see Clapton again........just never too old to rock!!!!!
